Chautauqua Rehab in Town of Florida, NY seeks a dedicated Activities Assistant to support residents through engaging activities and therapy sessions. • Follow individualized activity plans for residents with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Collaborate with staff to align activities with residents' preferences and abilities.
• Facilitate recreational therapy sessions to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records of participation and outcomes related to activities.

What You Will Do
