B & M SPRING CHIROPRACTIC LLC is seeking a motivated Rehab Specialist to join our Spring, TX clinic. You will work directly with our lead doctor, guiding patients through rehab exercises, therapies, and functional movements to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

The ideal candidate has a background in exercise science or related fields and a passion for helping people heal in a fast-paced setting. This in-person role offers growth within chiropractic and rehab services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Health Science Field or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience with athletic trainers is a plus.
• Passion for rehab, movement, and helping people heal.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor throughout the treatment process and guide rehab exercises.
• Lead therapeutic and corrective exercises tailored to recovery needs.
• Guide stretching and mobility exercises to improve movement and function.
• Perform postural and movement analysis to track progress.
• Assist with soft-tissue work to support muscle recovery.
• Set up and manage modalities like electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/cold, intersegmental traction, shockwave, Class IV Laser, and decompression therapy.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and wellness.
• Keep the rehab area clean, organized, and running smoothly while maintaining an upbeat environment.
