Great River Health System seeks a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and maintain high-quality patient care across campuses.

You will plan schedules, manage the department budget, coordinate with other departments, support staff development, and drive safety, quality, and compliance within the rehab program. This leadership role emphasizes teamwork, operational excellence, and proactive problem solving in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (AA) in healthcare related field.
• Required 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Preferred 1-3 years Previous supervisory experience in related area.
• Preferred Physical Therapist Upon Hire Required or Physical Therapist Assistant Upon Hire Required or Occupational Therapist Upon Hire Required or Speech Language Pathologist Upon Hire Required or Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or License Athletic Trainer Upon Hire Required.
• Upon Hire Required or Speech Language Pathologist Upon Hire Required or Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or License Athletic Trainer Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Rehabilitation Services staff.
• Lead daily operations and budgeting within department.
