HCA HealthONE Swedish in the Denver area is seeking a Rehab Services Lead to manage daily staffing and inventory for oncology rehabilitation. The role combines leadership with duties of a staff clinician to support high-quality patient care.

Under the supervision of the director, you will help develop programs and mentor team members while upholding iCARE standards in interactions with patients, families, and colleagues across the health system.

Qualifications

• Certification per discipline regulations; BLS required.
• BS/MS/MA/Doctorate in PT/OT/SLP.
• Oncology Rehab experience preferred; 3+ years in clinical staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork; critical thinking.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily staffing and inventory in rehab services.
• Lead department and perform staff clinician duties.
• Support iCARE standards in interactions with patients and staff.

Job Summary and Qualifications

This position supports the mission of Swedish Medical Center of optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. Under the supervision of the director, the Rehab Services Lead is responsible for daily staffing needs and inventory levels, assists with program and staff development, assumes a leadership role in the department and performs duties of a staff clinician. The Rehab Services Lead will perform other duties as assigned by director.

What qualifications you will need:

• State or National Certification per discipline regulations. BLS required. 30 Day Grace Period
• BS, MS, MA or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology
• Oncology Rehab experience preferred Three years in a clinical staff position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other health care team members. Ability to manage a team and work with others within a team to ensure quality patient care. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate with patients using auditory Input and Output.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelors Degree
• (OT) Occupational Therapist, or (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist, or (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist
