Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton in Winters, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized, compassionate care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. You will assess, plan, and guide recovery with a patient-centered approach, using advanced technology to promote healing and meaningful outcomes.

Competenze

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
