Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeview is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered rehabilitation care and guide patients through their recovery journey.

You will supervise care, assess needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care while building strong relationships with patients and families in a supportive hospital environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
