ClearSky Health in Lancaster, OH is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospital-level care team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing in a 12-hour shift environment, with a 36-hour workweek and rotating weekends/holidays, focusing on complex medical and rehabilitative needs.

This role offers competitive pay between $36.80 and $44.14 per hour, shift differentials, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including 401k match, PTO, and career development

Qualifications

• RN License (OH)
• BLS required
• 1+ year RN experience preferred (acute care a plus)
• CRRN preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a hospital-level setting.
• Manage IV therapy, tracheostomy care, wound care, mobility support.
• Collaborate with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapists and teams.
• 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week with rotating weekends/holidays and added pay.
