Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills in Texas is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You’ll supervise care, assess patients, and tailor plans that support recovery with dignity and respect.

You’ll collaborate with therapists and physicians, build relationships with patients and families, and contribute to a caring, high‑quality program that emphasizes safety, education, and kindness.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
