Job summary

Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison to bridge internal and external referral sources and support patient placement in inpatient rehabilitation. The role requires clinical licensure in Florida and strong communication with physicians, care teams, and payers.

The position involves on-site assessments, CMS-compliant documentation, and coordination of admissions, transitions, and marketing efforts to enhance the rehabilitation program.

Qualifications

• Requires degree and licensure in a healthcare field.
• Must maintain Florida license in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Respiratory Therapy or LCSW.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience; rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referral and pre-admission process with CMS compliance and care management.
• Conduct on-site clinical evaluations including chart reviews and interviews with physicians and care team.
• Notify referral sources of admission decisions and transfer times; coordinate transitions to rehab facility.
• Support market analyses and assist in marketing plans for the rehab facility.
