Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process to obtain licensure in SD to work in Rehabilitation. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule.

The role requires commitment to the organization’s vision, values, mission and goals while delivering high-quality patient care. Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent PT experience in Rehabilitation and an active SD PT license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Rehabilitation experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
