Trinity Health's Chelsea Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for a part-time, rotating shift. The PCA will support direct patient care under the direction of a registered nurse, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a clean, safe patient environment in the Inpatient Rehab unit.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and ability to lift up to 35 pounds (with mechanical assistance for heavier lifts).

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or minimum 18 years of age.
• Recent experience desired.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance; heavier lifting with mechanical aid.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs and patient mobility as directed by RN.
• Record patient information and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support Inpatient Rehab unit and collaborate with Chelsea Hospital team.
