The position requires a BSN with 3 years of clinical experience and SNF experience; professional certification such as ANPD is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN with 3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/ SNF setting preferred.
• Certification in ANPD or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and lead educational programs that strengthen clinical competence for rehabilitation and skilled nursing team members.
• Design and oversee department-specific education based on learning needs and quality initiatives.
• Support clinical orientation and ongoing education for new and existing team members.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for evidence-based practice and clinical education.
• Partner with clinical leaders and interdisciplinary teams to support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide consultation and guidance on education requirements, competencies, and learning resources.
• Act as a positive change agent by supporting practice improvement and engagement.
• Perform Registered Nurse functions and other duties as assigned.
