As a Full Time Rehab Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage caseloads, scheduling, and staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance.

About the Role

As a Full Time Rehabilitation Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily operations of the therapy department, including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services
• Supervise, support, and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate with facility leadership and nursing staff to align therapy services with patient needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements
• Manage caseloads, scheduling, and staffing to maintain efficiency and coverage
