Kadima Healthcare Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for our skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility in the United States. The role focuses on safe medication administration, IV management, patient and family education, and supervising CNAs to ensure quality care across long-term and short-term stays.

Candidates must hold a valid LPN license and demonstrate strong patient-care skills, effective communication with families, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient

Formación

• Must hold a current LPN license in good standing.
• Strong patient-care and documentation skills required.
• Ability to monitor patients and respond to changes promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments.
• Manage IV therapies and infusions as prescribed.
• Explain release instructions to patients and families.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Monitor intake and output and adjust care plans as needed.
• Move and transfer patients safely and with proper technique.
