Job summary

MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital in Clive, IA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a day shift (0700-1900) in our rehabilitation program. This full-time role includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 30-month commitment and opportunities to contribute to patient-centered care.

As an LPN, you will deliver direct patient care under RN supervision, participate in assessments, and support care planning.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN Program.
• Current state license as Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• CPR/BCLS certification.
• IV Certification highly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision and deliver treatments.
• Assist in assessments and support interdisciplinary care planning.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and team.
• Develop and follow nursing care plans with patient and family involvement.
