Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships and manage an assigned territory. You will assess patients, build trust with physicians, nurses, discharge planners and payers, and drive growth through referrals.

This role emphasizes in-person engagement, regional collaboration, and education of community stakeholders about hospital programs and outcomes. CPR and state licensure are required, with preference for CRRN and healthcare sales

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop business census based on strategic goals and territory plans.
• Cultivate strong relationships within an assigned territory through face-to-face connections.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs and services.
• Use market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers and follow up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations about services and outcomes.
