This is a contract position with a 3x12 Days schedule. The role involves delivering high-quality rehabilitation services, maintaining licensure, and complying with organizational goals while coordinating with care teams across settings.

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Rehabilitation experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
