Austin Community College is seeking a hands-on rehabilitation assistant to work one-on-one with patients using CBP protocols. You will guide exercises, coach home-care programs, and track progress in a supportive, fast-paced clinical environment.
This role focuses on spinal traction setup, posture correction, and patient motivation, with opportunities to learn CBP methods through dedicated training.
Most jobs in this field put you in a room running the same routine with people you barely get to know. This one is different. You will work hands‑on with patients through a process that actually changes their lives, surrounded by a team that is genuinely supportive, high‑energy, and in it together every day.
This practice has been serving patients for over 20 years under a doctor with more than 30 years of experience. The specialty is Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP), a highly specific, research‑based approach that corrects the underlying cause of pain rather than managing symptoms. Patients come here when nothing else has worked, and the results speak for themselves. The team is close‑knit, the environment is supportive, and the people who find this place tend to stay.
Role type: Full‑time, on‑site
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9am to 6:30pm, Friday 8am to 1pm
Location: Tucker, GA, candidates should be within a 25‑minute commute
Compensation: $48,000 to $55,000 based on experience
Benefits: Bonuses, profit sharing, retirement contributions, paid time off, and paid holidays
