Qualifications

• Graduate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Montana Licensure as Occupational Therapist.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Stroke education within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates physical and functional status including motor function and coordination.
• Implements a treatment plan with manual therapy, modalities and therapeutic exercise.
• Prepares and instructs therapeutic and home exercise programs.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries per policy.
• Educates patients, families and caregivers in plan of care and safety.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to support education and treatment planning.
