Blue Stone Therapy, a Enhance Therapies family of companies, is seeking a Rehab Director for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Iowa. You will supervise the rehab team across disciplines and drive program development and quality of care.

You will lead in program development, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with management to advance clinical excellence. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP in the state of practice.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by the regional or management.
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care.
