NHC HealthCare Charleston is hiring a Rehab Aide to support therapists with patient care and treatment setup in a on-site facility. You will transport patients between therapy sessions, help maintain equipment, and assist with scheduling and documentation as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and clear communication with patients, families, and staff in a geriatric care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, and coworkers.

Rehab Aide Position Highlights

• Complete assigned duties as instructed.
