Job summary

Bay State Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehab Aide to join our team in Malden, MA. The role includes front desk support and assisting therapists, with schedules: Mon 8:00 AM–Noon, Tue 2:00 PM–7:30 PM, Wed 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, Thu 2:00 PM–7:30 PM.

You will greet patients, check them in, help with therapy setup, and contribute to a high patient satisfaction score while promoting a healthy, inclusive workplace and community well-being.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Compassionate, professional, patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists and physical therapist assistants with patient treatment.

Bay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a dedicated part time Rehab Aide to join our team. In this role, you will also provide some front-desk support - greeting and checking patients in for their appointments. Part-time hours - Monday: 8:00AM - noon; Tuesday: 2:00PM - 7:30PM; Wednesday: 8:00AM - 2:00PM; Thursday: 2:00PM - 7:30PM
