Job summary

Orlando Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison to coordinate between internal and external referral sources and the acute inpatient rehabilitation operations.

The role focuses on building relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources to ensure appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with Case Coordination and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Current Clinical License and valid driver’s license are required.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal and external referral sources and rehab operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources.
• Ensure appropriate patient placement through clinical screenings and assessments with Case Coordination and Medical Director.
• Collaborate with Case Coordinators and admissions team to maintain a responsive referral and admission process.
