Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and assess federal and related state legislation, regulation and emerging policies affecting the CPG industry.
• Support regulatory affairs with research, insights, and engagement with agencies and members.
• Monitor communications from regulatory agencies and summarize key takeaways.
• Identify opportunities and support regulatory advocacy with educational tools and services.
• Represent the association and its policy positions at industry meetings and events.
