Job summary

Abbott seeks a Business Systems Manager to lead digital platforms for GSR product stewardship, sustainability and compliance. You will own the roadmap for CMAP, REACH IS, and related solutions, guiding cross-functional teams and aligning resources to deliver on regulatory priorities.

The role requires a technical/analytical degree with several years in business systems analysis and data governance, and offers impact across multiple Abbott sites, including Abbott Park and Willis Tower.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field and 5–8 years of related experience.
Experience with regulatory systems and product compliance is required.
Strong data governance, quality controls, and cross-platform reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, governance, delivery and improvement of digital platforms for GSR.
Own the business roadmap for CMAP, REACH IS, and related solutions.
Prioritize work based on regulatory risk, user needs, and dependencies.
Partner with IT BRM/Delivery/Support teams and drive data integrity.
Manage deployments, integrations, upgrades, and retirements with stakeholders.
Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management and training documentation.
