Qualificações

• Knowledge of Florida Statutes and Board and Department rules governing licensure.
• Ability to understand and apply applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Review, evaluate, and process complex initial and renewal applications for licensure under the Florida Drug and Cosmetic Act.
• Interpret statutes, rules, and regulations and respond to inquiries from licensees, applicants, and consumers.
• Independently exercise professional judgment in licensure and regulatory information.
• Enter data into licensing and imaging systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate field inspections and permit processing; manage license verifications and fee assignments.
