KeyBank in Brooklyn, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Lead Regulatory Reporting Analyst to lead FR Y-14M/Q submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across governance standards. This role partners with finance, risk, data governance, and technology to ensure data quality and timely reporting.

You will mentor analysts, drive improvements in controls, and support audits, while coordinating cross-functional efforts to implement regulatory reporting changes and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, data analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, finance, accounting, risk management, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on assigned regulatory reports, schedules, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate reporting activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
• Identify, assess, and elevate reporting risks, process gaps, control deficiencies, and data quality concerns.
• Support Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), issue management, control testing, and remediation activities.
• Analyze large data sets to validate reported results and investigate variances, trends, and anomalies.
• Develop and enhance reporting metrics, monitoring routines, and analytical procedures.
