Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Controller to analyze and report the firm’s balance sheet and manage regulatory filings globally. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of reports such as FR Y-9C, FR Y-9LP, and FR 2644.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree in accounting/finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience with strong accounting background.
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory reports (FR Y-9C, Call Report, FR Y-9LP, FR 2644, FR 2900) for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory disclosures and process improvements.
• Support internal management reporting and analyze financial results.
• Document control procedures such as reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with project teams to define objectives and schedules.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders and users at all levels.
• Assist with ad hoc inquiries and interpretive matters.
• Engage with regulators and auditors as needed.
• Manage balance sheet data and disclosures for regulatory filings.
