Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Law and Regulation or related field.
• 3+ years experience in regulatory affairs or related food industry role.
• Strong knowledge of FDA labeling requirements, ingredient declarations, allergen labeling.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to balance priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with regulatory bodies and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, approval, and maintenance of product labels to ensure compliance.
• Oversee specification management systems to ensure accurate ingredient information.
• Review and approve label artwork, packaging content, and claims.
• Serve as SME on labeling regulations, allergen labeling, nutrition labeling, and product claims.
• Drive continuous improvement for regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Support product information initiatives while fostering food safety culture.
