Under general supervision of the Managing Director & Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and assigned attorneys, the paralegal will work primarily on regulatory compliance matters. A paralegal is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to the firm’s clients, advisors and staff, including the legal and compliance professionals, to maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and to effecting continuous improvement. Above all, a paralegal must fulfill the needs of the firm in a manner which is consistent with the firm’s visions and values.
The expected base salary for this position is based on a wide range of factors, including the individual’s experience and skills for the role and market considerations. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary performance-based bonus, which is determined based on firm and individual performance.
