You will shape submission strategies, reuse content, and innovate with AI and digital tools to modernize regulatory workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related field.
• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
• 10+ years in Global Regulatory Affairs with leadership in submission planning/preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead submission acceleration strategies across Global Business Units with cross‑functional teams.
• Design end‑to‑end submission prep best practices, templates, and guidance.
• Deliver engaging training on acceleration tools, processes and mindset shifts.
