In this full-time role, you will monitor state portals, route cases, serve as primary phone contact, and collaborate with analysts across stakeholders to support regulatory compliance and timely customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Timely monitoring and review of department mailboxes and regulatory state portals to appropriately document and assign member and provider regulatory complaints and inquiries
• Confirming complaint issue meets the definition of a regulatory case for assignment
• Primary phone agent for RRT phone line
• Screening complaints using all available systems (e.g. GPS, CATS, ECHS)
• Responding to insurance verifications from state regulators
• Working collaboratively across multiple internal stakeholders and analysts
