Job summary

BetMGM LLC is seeking an Analyst, Compliance Incident Reporting to support the Compliance department with incident reporting procedures, logging of fines, citations, and warnings, and drafting narratives for regulatory review across jurisdictions.

The role partners with Compliance, Legal, Trading, and other teams to gather information, improve reporting processes, and monitor regulatory updates. A professional, accurate, and proactive approach is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• 0–3+ years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal, audit, or a related field.
• Experience in report writing, document management, and/or research and analysis preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate work product.
• Exposure to reviewing, researching, and interpreting regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investigation, drafting, and submission of incident reports to state regulatory agencies.
• Maintain centralized tracker of cross-jurisdictional fines and warnings with status and deadlines.
• Prepare internal assessments for regulatory citations and proposed fines with supporting facts.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Trading, Responsible Gaming, and other areas to gather information for reports.
• Propose enhancements to templates, intake forms, trackers, and SOPs for incident reporting.
• Monitor updates to online gaming and sports wagering regulations and assess impact on processes.
• Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding open incidents, fines, and warnings.
