Summary
The Regulatory Engineer is a key member of the Binks Global Research & Development team, responsible for ensuring that new and existing products are designed, tested, and documented to meet applicable regulatory and certification requirements. This role focuses on achieving and maintaining compliance with Factory Mutual (FM), ATEX, and CE certification standards and works cross-functionally with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and external certification bodies to support successful product launches and lifecycle compliance.
Why This Role Matters Right Now:Binks has next-generation products in active development right now. None of them ship into new markets without regulatory sign-off under standards like FM, ATEX, and CE — you’d be the one clearing that path, with direct, visible influence over what gets built, how it’s tested, and where in the world it launches next.
