Job summary

Moderna, a leading biotech company, seeks an Associate Director of Regulatory Data Management & Intelligence in Cambridge, MA. You will define governance, drive data standards, and own Veeva Vault RIM capabilities to support global regulatory operations and digital transformation.

You will partner with Regulatory Affairs, Operations, CMC, Labeling, and Digital teams to enhance data quality, enable AI-enabled insights, and deliver scalable regulatory solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive regulatory data knowledge.
• Proven experience with global regulatory submissions and Health Authority interactions.
• Experience owning regulatory data governance and master data management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance Moderna’s regulatory data strategy and governance.
• Serve as Business Capability Owner for Veeva Vault RIM data capabilities.
• Develop enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Veeva Vault RIM and Tableau.
• Lead data migration, integrations, and regulatory data standards (IDMP/xEVMPD).
