Job summary

BCBS Global Solutions is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst in King of Prussia, PA to gather, analyze and report data to support regulatory obligations. You will turn complex data into clear insights and partner with teams across the company.

You will build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, write SQL for ad hoc and recurring analyses, and thoughtfully apply AI tools while validating results. Strong attention to data quality and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a data/ reporting analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, economics, information systems or other quantitative field.
• Proficient in SQL to query, join and analyze data.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to create calculated fields and measures to turn data into meaningful metrics.
• Experience with Excel and AI tools to support day-to-day work.
• Bonus points for experience with insurance or medical claims data.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean and validate data from SQL Server, Snowflake, Excel and other sources.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Write SQL queries to support ad hoc and recurring analysis.
• Use AI tools such as Copilot to assist with query drafting, data exploration and summarization, with validation.
• Work with cross-functional partners to develop business requirements and support key projects.
