Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Manager in Regulatory & Compliance within Enterprise Operations & Risk to lead regulatory reporting remediation and transformation initiatives across client engagements. You will translate complex regulations into governance, risk and control frameworks and collaborate with product, legal, and client teams to ensure compliant outcomes.

The role requires 6+ years in technology/regulatory consulting, strong leadership, communication, and ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Law, Business Management or Public Policy required.
• 6+ years in technology, media and telecom or consulting across regulatory reporting and compliance.
• Experience leading client engagement workstreams in a consulting or professional services setting.
• Ability to travel ~50% and manage multiple regulatory projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reporting remediation and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into governance, controls, and policies.
• Assess data, processes and controls with stakeholders to support compliance.
• Manage project workstreams, risk assessments, audits and regulatory filings.
• Develop analyses and deliver training; contribute to proposals and go-to-market.
