Qualifications

• Knowledge of workers’ compensation requirements, regulations and reporting processes.
• Some insurance-related experience preferred.
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receipt and routing of consumer complaints and regulatory inquiries.
• Support operating units with research and development of responses and monitor due dates.
• Review responses for completeness and compliance and submit to Corporate Compliance.
• Confirm completion of necessary corrective actions by operating units.
• Assist with monitoring monthly Bridger status reports and identify overdue alerts.
• Manage the RRE recertification process for Standard and Alternative Segment RREs.
• Receive and route service of process mail and execute proxies for Segment Compliance.
• Perform other duties to support the Segment Compliance Team.
