Job summary

Oil Authority seeks a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support routine permitting and compliance for Exploration & Production operations. The role collaborates with asset teams and regulatory agencies to gather, validate, and analyze data required for regulatory filings.

You will use AI-enabled tools to identify data gaps, monitor regulatory updates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, under supervision with opportunities to grow in regulatory affairs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in energy or environmental sectors.
• Strong data management and data analysis skills, including familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to coordinate with regulatory agencies and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to provide routine regulatory permitting and compliance support to asset teams.
• Coordinates with regulatory agencies including PA DEP and SRBC on permit status and accuracy.
• Assists in information collection required by regulatory agencies for filings.
• Maintains awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
• Supports continuous improvement and change initiatives in regulatory affairs.
• Develops basic business knowledge and learns from subject matter experts.
