Job summary

Wipfli in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Consultant II to help financial services clients strengthen their compliance programs. The role supports risk assessment, remediation, and governance while allowing work in person, remote, or hybrid arrangements with about 20% travel to client locations across the U.S.

You will conduct regulatory testing, collaborate with executives, and translate complex regulations into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Experience in creating, executing, and documenting regulatory compliance audits.
• Knowledge of lending and related regulations.
• Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners as well as executive management

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize in a high volume, high paced dynamic environment
• About 20% travel to client locations within the U.S. is required
