Qualifikationen

• Provide legal advice and representation to the Executive Director, Public Staff, and the public on utility rate and service matters.
• Represent before the Utilities Commission, appellate courts, and federal regulators in formal proceedings.
• Assist in development of legal strategies, filings, and policy analysis for electric, natural gas, water, and other utility services.
