Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission to practice before the bar of any U.S. jurisdiction or within the District of Columbia.
• Active member of the bar.
• Specialized experience related to regulatory matters and providing legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel on a variety of regulatory matters.
• Assist in advising on regulatory policy, statutes, and rulemaking documents.
