Job summary

Leading US food and snacks manufacturer is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to join the Regulatory Affairs team. The role focuses on creating US-compliant labels, reviewing artwork, and ensuring regulatory compliance across formulations and online information.

You will partner with Quality, R&D, Marketing, and other Regulatory teams, using systems like WebCenter, ESCO and SAP PTM to document decisions and support audits. 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in regulatory analysis, food science, or data validation in the food industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Able to manage multiple data sources and spot inconsistencies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with SmartLabel or ScanBuy is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop US-compliant food labels from initial inputs through final approval ingredients, allergens, claims, additives, standards of identity
• Review artwork and packaging graphics in internal systems (WebCenter, ESCO) and confirm they match approved label content
• Review recipes and formulations for US regulatory compliance, and support claims substantiation and certifications
• Validate online product information against on-pack labels; log discrepancies and analyze error trends
• Partner daily with Quality, R&D, Marketing, and other Regulatory teams
• Work in SAP PTM and related systems; document decisions and support audits
