Job summary

Duquesne Light Company seeks a Regulatory Affairs Representative to support its regulatory strategy and external affairs team. Based in Harrisburg with some travel to Pittsburgh, you will engage with the Pa.

Public Utility Commission and other stakeholders, translating complex topics into clear materials for internal and external audiences. You will monitor regulatory developments, help prepare filings and testimony, and coordinate with legal, rates, operations, and communications teams to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building relationships with regulatory stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory stakeholders including Pa. Public Utility Commission, commission staff, consumer advocates, and trade associations.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and talking points for meetings with regulators and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate responses to stakeholder inquiries, data requests, and information needs.
• Monitor and analyze emerging regulatory and policy issues to inform engagement strategies and Company positions.
