IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and Health & Biosciences. This role, based in Madison, WI or Wilmington, DE, focuses on NA regulatory affairs for Food Biosciences products, driving strategies and submissions to enable compliant market access.

You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Commercial teams to embed regulatory requirements in product development and launches, and provide guidance across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Significant regulatory affairs experience in food ingredients, enzymes, or cultured products.
• Strong knowledge of US and/or Canadian regulatory frameworks for food ingredients.
• Experience preparing and managing regulatory submissions and notifications.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the North American regulatory subject matter expert for Food Biosciences products, including enzymes and cultures.
• Develop and execute regulatory strategies supporting commercialization and growth in the US and Canada.
• Lead, prepare, and support regulatory submissions and notifications, including GRAS and Health Canada filings.
• Partner with R&D, Applications, Quality, and Commercial teams to integrate regulatory requirements into development and launches.
• Provide timely regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders and external customers on product compliance.
• Monitor ongoing compliance of marketed products within NA regulatory frameworks.
• Evaluate regulatory risks and propose practical, business-focused solutions.
• Build relationships with regulatory authorities and industry associations to support advocacy and intelligence.
• Contribute to regulatory process improvements and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
