Job summary

Verdesian Life Sciences is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager, North America to oversee regulatory activities for its portfolio from the Cary, NC office. You will coordinate product registrations, ensure compliance for crop, animal nutrition, and aquaculture products, and work with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Business Development to ensure smooth market access worldwide.

The role emphasizes preparing submissions, maintaining regulatory documentation, and interpreting evolving requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of regulatory affairs experience.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings for assigned projects.
Support domestic and international product registrations and ongoing compliance.
Review labels, SDS, specifications and data for regulatory compliance.
Interpret regulatory changes and communicate business impact.
Collaborate with agencies, consultants, customers, and regulatory representatives.
Maintain regulatory records to obtain and sustain product approvals.
Develop and improve regulatory systems and processes.
