Job summary

Eurofins US Network seeks a Regulatory Affairs / Compliance Manager to ensure laboratory processes meet regulatory standards. You will design policies, lead internal audits, manage documentation, and coordinate with regulators and auditors across the DPT network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological science, or MLS/MT.
• 3–5 years in a laboratory environment with QA/regulatory programs.
• In-depth knowledge of CLIA, CAP, FDA, ISO, GxP and QA systems.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory oversight across lab processes and outputs.
• Design, implement policies and procedures for compliance.
• Lead internal quality audits and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and communications with regulators.
• Develop training programs and drive continuous improvement.
