Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation in Charlotte’s Carowinds park seeks a Safety Sr. Supervisor to ensure safety for guests and team members while delivering remarkable experiences.

You will manage the Safety Department staff, oversee daily operations, respond to medical and fire emergencies, and assist with safety investigations and workers’ compensation matters. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety.

• Manage staff and daily operations for the entire Safety Department.
• Manage team member job performance, training, and documentation.
• Respond to medical and fire emergencies.
• Respond to a variety of guest services situations.
• Assist the Safety Manager with managing worker’s compensation claims and internal safety investigations.

Responsibilities

• Make guests and team members safe and happy by delivering consistent safety services.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance within the Safety Department.
• Coordinate safety trainings and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Lead investigations into incidents and support workers’ compensation processes.
