Job summary

The Registration Associate at St. Peter's Health Partners will serve as the office receptionist, greeting patients, visitors, and staff, and coordinating information flow. The role requires basic computer skills and friendly phone manners; medical terminology is a plus.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday with floating to Albany, Troy, Latham, Clifton Park, East Greenbush and Waterford. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $21.80 hourly, based on experience, skills and education, with an additional 10% float

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' work experience in a health-related area.
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

What you will do

The Registration Associate is the receptionist for the office and is often the first person to greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff. This individual coordinates the flow of information in a positive and timely manner. The individual would need to possess computer skills and pleasant phone manners. Medical terminology is preferred for this position but not required.

Pay

Pay Range: $17.50-$21.80 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
