Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors and provide a friendly atmosphere.
• Register patients with demographic, insurance, and visit information, and obtain signatures.
• Complete check-in/admission functions and verify patient identity.
• Discuss finances, provide patient estimates, and collect copays or balances as applicable.
• Assist with completing documentation and database entry for service areas.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and explain required handouts.
• Perform basic real-time eligibility verification for insurance.
• Assist with referrals, RiteFax, and answering phones as needed.
• Adhere to Stormont Vail policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
